Client Dashboard (Review Client History)
To get to the Client Dashboard click on Find Client/Activity in the My Tasks menu located in the sidebar.
Instructions and Definitions
The Client Dashboard organizes and presents information in a way that is easy to read. This information refers to one client and contains: Settlement Plans, Notifications, All Sessions, Needs Assessments, Notes and Documents.
To get to the Client Dashboard click on Find Client/Activity in the My Tasks menu and look for the client.
Click Dashboard beside the client name.
Settlement Plans Tab
This is a listing of all of the Settlement Plans created for this client. Click the Manage Settlement Plans button to follow-up on or delete existing Plans.
All Notifications sent to the client are listed in this tab. Notifications will only appear if the client email is set in OCMS under the Client Profile.
Hover your mouse over the Description text on each row to see what was sent.
All Sessions Tab
All Direct Service and Group Activities Sessions are listed in this tab. Included are the Service Date(s), Session #, name of the Agency Program and date of last Session Update. Clicking on Select opens the Session form where you can review or make changes to related Service forms.
Needs Assessments Sessions Tab
Needs Assessments are often the starting point when working with a client so you can quickly find any existing Needs Assessment forms for your client here. Select opens the Session page where you can review or make changes to existing Needs Assessment forms.
All of the Session and Service form notes are displayed here. Click on Select to open the Session form that contains the Client Notes.
All documents attached to Session forms will appear here. Click on the Name of the document to open it. This tab also tells you whether or not the document is private including the program worker who attached it and when it was attached.
