Group Session Participants (with Unique Identifiers) Report

Information & Orientation Session Report

If your agency provides Information & Orientation (IO) services for IRCC this report is a good way for you too check to ensure all the clients attending the session have a unique identifier to help with bulk uploads

To see this report,

Go to the bottom of each Information & Orientation Session Page, staff will need a new OCMS Role. Only certain staff should have this role. This report has FOSS# / DOB information and access should be limited to avoid unnecessary client data-loss risks.

Community Connections Session Report

If your agency provides Community Connection (CC) services for IRCC this report is a good way for you too check to ensure all the clients attending the session have a unique identifier to help with bulk uploads

Go to the bottom of each Community Connections Session Page, staff will need a new OCMS Role. Only those who really need to do iCARE data entry for CC sessions should have this role. This report has FOSS# / DOB information and access should be limited to avoid unnecessary client data-loss risks.

Employment Services Session Report

If your agency provides Employment Services for IRCC, this report is a good way for you too check to ensure all the clients attending the session have a unique identifier to help with bulk uploads

Go to the bottom of each Employment Services Session Page, staff will need a new OCMS Role. Only those who really need to do iCARE data entry for Employment sessions should have this role.
