All Direct Services Report
Learn about the report used for direct services. This report is available to all staff.
Click on the My Reports link in the Reporting section of the sidebar to access the All Direct Services report.
Please note: All reports are generated using completed service forms only.
All Direct Services
This report displays information for one-to-one Services that were completed in the time period selected. It does NOT include Group Activities. Clients may appear more than once in this report if they had more than one Service in the time period selected.
The All Direct Services report includes information on all of the Service Forms that were completed during the selected time period. The Service Forms include: Information and Orientation (one-to-one only), Needs Assessment, Employment, Non Specified form, Refugee form and the two interim forms, Community Connections and Language Assessment.
The All Direct Services report lists the Client Name, Client # (ID on the system), Service Date, Session #, Form #, Form Type (the type of Service that was provided), Agency Program, Service Funder and Staff Involved. All of the Session Types are Direct Service.
The Filter Fields are basically the same for all of the regular reports. Direct Reports have a Client Type filter option and additional options to filter by. For a description of the fields, please click on Report Filter Fields.
