Learn how to complete the Attendee Forms for a Group Activity with Named Clients.
After you have added Attendees to your Group Activity Session, you will have to fill in the Group Activity Attendee Form. Click on Adding Clients to a Group Activity to review how to add Attendees to your Session.
Click on 'Expand all rows' to display the Group Activity Attendee Forms for each Attendee in the table.
Please note: An Attendee is the same as a Named Client.
Below each Attendee name, you will see a pink Group Activity Attendee Form. This means the Form is incomplete. Each Form must be filled in to complete the Session.
Each Attendee Form has (2) mandatory Green fields that need to be filled in.
The rest of the Form is for 'Client Support Services Received'. Click on Client Support Services to review this section.
The Attendee list can be exported to Excel by clicking on 'Export Participant List' at the bottom of the Attendee table. The Excel table will display the Client ID, Client Name, Attended (checked or unchecked) and Updated (date).
Session Notes and Supporting Documents can be added/attached at the bottom of the Form.
Click 'Save Session' when you have completed.
